System Requirements

The current release is Host Controlz 1.1.1 (build 4) and requires macOS 13 or later. Cloudflare Tunnel features also require a working cloudflared installation and a tunnel created in your Cloudflare account.

What To Include

• Your macOS version and Host Controlz version.
• Whether the problem affects a site process, a health check, or the shared tunnel.
• The exact status or error message shown in the app.
• The relevant log excerpt with secrets and private paths removed.

Never email a Cloudflare Tunnel token, password, private key, API key, or other secret.

Site Changes Are Not Appearing

Host Controlz runs a managed copy of each configured website. Edit the original source folder, then use Sync/Deploy in Host Controlz to refresh the hosted copy before restarting the site if its server code changed.

Health Checks

Confirm that the configured local port and health path match the website server. A public health check also requires the site process and shared tunnel to be running and the hostname to be routed to the correct local origin.
